Bug: Skin Changing

When I added this one add-on(user group colors on the bottom) it like destroyed my board...I pushed save in the main template, then It says a error, like your board blah blah remember to use / when quating then it gave me the option to reset to default theme... I push it..and now I cant change themes! I go to the theme settings, and make default ELEMENT theme,and nothing!

Re-upload a fresh BoardIndex.template.php to your default themes folder.
