Ok, I am running into a more than likely simple problem.

I use Microsoft Frontpage 2003.

I extracted all the files, then made a new folder in frontpage, and copied all if the SMF files to that folder. Then uploaded them. Then went online and tried to access the install.php file, but could not...

What am I doing wrong?

Also, remember that when you download SMF you need to extract the contents to a folder by unzipping them to your server e.g /SMF.

Frontpage is an HTML editor and this really is not much use to you in installing or running your SMF forum.
