RC1 split/merge bug

Not sure if this has been posted or not, I tried searching but couldn't find anything. Anyway, moderators are able to split/merge topics even if they are not on their designated board. Didn't come up before we switched to RC1, but it could just be a coincidence.

Couldn't reproduce this. Are you sure there are no other membergroups that have the split/merge permission globally set?
