Problem converting from phpBB, missing forums

Hiya,

My conversion went great except for the fact that I had 13 different forums and only 5 were ported over. I saw that all 4 categories ported over, but only the first 5 boards were transferred . . . with the exception of a locked forum where I keep archived topics. My phpBB is modded; is there any mod that would cause this problem or is there another issue at hand?

Well, I kind of fixed it.

I ran the repair function, which sorted all of the missing posts into their appropriate boards, which I had to rename and reorder, but that took care of everything.
