subs.php?????

ok, i have been having a nightmare of time installing and setting things up with smf, from smf arcade, to different galleries. anyways, what i have found in many of these cases is an error involving a subs.php. i even tried to run a php update through smf package manager and got the same thing about the subs.php file. i have tried re uploading this file several times but it doesnt correct anything. anyone have any ideas on what i should do?

The file is often used by mod's you install to make changes to how your standard forum works. In truth there is no difference the way this file is changed to any other.

Check the permissions of the file and change it to 755 if you that help you out.
