The webserver isn't set up right, or you don't have one.

I can ping the IP 24.74.34.18 which shows its alive, but pinging port 80 fails.

This doesn't seem to be an SMF problem.

Check Firewalls, WebServers, etc...

Open a support ticket with your host. It appears there is a problem with the configuration of your server possibly.

As Trekkie suggested not an SMF problem I am afraid.

Ok well I didnt know where to put it. So I put it in the root folder and the forum folder.
