I got this message: Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details.
Everything that I entered had already been either entered by the computer, or entered by me. What's wrong?

Double check that the FTP details you are entering in are correct. If you still can't get it. You can manually login to a ftp program and manually CHMODD the files that are listed to 777.
