installation guide differences - original and 1.1 rc2

The original installation guide directs us:

QuoteThe following files need to be CHMOD'ed to 777.

.....
    * Packages/installed.list
    * Packages/server.list

But in the packages folder are the following:

index.php

So...what are we to do in rc2?

Just chmod installed.list.
