Change Message board name doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I just installed a fresh copy of SMF 1.0.5 Including mods:
Sticky First Post (extends sticky topic)      1.2
Redirection Boards - Classic Theme Extras 1.12

Server:
Forum version: SMF 1.0.5 (more detailed)
Current SMF version: SMF 1.0.5
PHP version: 5.1.1
MySQL version: 4.1.15-Debian_1-log
Server version: Apache/2.0.55 (Debian) PHP/5.1.1 mod_ssl/2.0.55 OpenSSL/0.9.8a
GD version: bundled (2.0.28 compatible)

When I tried to change the name of the message board using the admin => Server Settings => Name
It wouldn't save the name. Other changes were saved (like webmaster email adress)

I Checked the Settings.php file File permissions were 0777 but the Message Board Name wouldn't change.

I now edited is manually.

Any thoughts where this could come from ? ? ? ? ?
