[Theme Help] xtEnhanced - Remove Navigational Buttons

Problem: I am having trouble removing that navigation bar and the blue strip it's on (the one that has the writing 'Posting 4 Pixels').

So I want my header (right at the top) to be first with the forum beginning with the silver strip that currently has writing on it that says: 'Latest News: Posting4Pixels just opened! Register now!' to be the first thing under my header.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I do not think this is in the wrong section, so please could someone help me?

I have a new plan though, on http://coolsource.t-rh.netthis[/url] site, I want to change the naviagational button thing and make my own naviagational block.

Is this relatively easy to do?
