Bug in RC2

I just tried to post (on this site) and received:

Code Select Expand

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

Another time I received a "You have already posted this error".

I had not already posted the message and I did not double click the post button.

Both of these errors occured using quick reply.

Does SMF has any errors in the error log?
