Limit Edit Time, not for last post

SMF 1.1 allows to limit time for editing a post. Is it possible to remove this restriction for the last post of a topic?

I believe it is.

Find maximum time after posting it allow edit.

Setting it to 0 should disable the limit

I don't want to disable the limit for all posts, but only for the last posts of topics
