[bug] URL in Forum Title field

Dont know if this is a known bug or not but if you add a url in the Forum Title field in the admin panel, after hitting apply the URL works but you see the RSS html displayed at the very top. So the bug is that RSS html code is displayed when adding a URL in the Forum Title field.
