[HELP!] Meta Tags

Ok so I have a dilema my school web blocker blocks my webpage except for I can get to /forums/index.php

And I know the schools blocker blocks things from there meta tags.

So how do I go about changing my meta tags?

Why not just try www.topproxysites.com?

Although the Meta tags can be editied in index.template.php

If your blocker is anything like the one at my school it is being blocked because the domain contains the word games.
