I get this error

mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set()

i then install a email server, but it send email but none recieve it... why

No , People can log in easy, But if you want to register or need to be reminder of your password, I have problem ..
