Bug with Maintenance Mode

Sorry if this had been said before but I couldn't seem to find another post discussing this...

What happened:
Okay...I installed SMF 1.1 RC2, logged in as the Admin, turned on Maintenance Mode and started to config everything. Then I made a new account with no admin powers in the Admin "panel" and logged out to see what the group permissions do to non-admins. I logged in to the non-admin account and then discovered that the forum was in Maintenance Mode. I used the Admin log-in box below the Maintenance Message box to log in but it didn't do anything. The page reloaded but I was still in the non-admin account. So I pressed log-out. Same thing: page reloaded, still stuck in the non-admin account. I fixed it by deleting my cookies and refreshing the page. The non-admin was logged out and I was able to log in as Admin and disable the MM (You should know what that means after all my...rambling). Not a major bug, but an interesting one...any ideas how to fix it?
