I have questions about status.php

If I am on a shared server - is this showing me the load of the entire server?

If so, is it only showing how *my forum* is utilizing the load?  or is it showing me the stats combined for every site hosted on that server?

And - it just said mysqld was taking up 145.6% ... how is that possible?

Okay, I just figured out that I needed status.php

Now that I've uploaded it to my server, then what? Browsing to it brings up the status page, but all it gives me is Basic Information on the OS and CPU and nothing about the forums or anything else. Are there other settings I have to enable to let status.php do it's job?

Here, see for yourself. It really doesn't tell me much:

If your SMF can't connect, nor can status.php to get the details.

My connection is sporadic, but the forum still works most of the time. During the time that it does work I still can't read status. Are there any reporting settings that have to be set first, or should this just work?

EDIT

Okay, with enough refreshes I finally got some data. Anybody care to try to interpret it?

Queries per second:      0.099 - Not really enough data to interpret anything. Why does it refuse connections every five seconds, ask your host whats going on.
