Adding Weather Channel?

Does anyone know where I would put this script to add a small weather channel box of the local weather??

Okay smarty pants. Left justified right under the User Info box and displayed for members only.

OR

(preferred method) Rather than the news fader taking up the width of the screen it share the the width with the weather box. (side by side of one another)

Is that specific enough?
