Request: Ignore Thread Mod

Pardon me if it's been requested before

Sometimes on a board people will start a really annoying thread and everyone else will post in it, and I generally like all those people and the forum in general so I don't want to ignore those, but I just hate (am not interested in) the thread. I browse using the "Recent Posts" listing and it's hard when most of the the recent posts are in aforementioned thread because they push all the other recent posts out of the way.

Is there any current way to ignore a thread? Our board does have an Ignore User and Ignore Forum mods, which are great. Something similar for a particular thread would be cool.

Good idea. Could come in handy for some members.

see, if there was an ignore thread mod then you could all ignore this thread because it's in the wrong forum
