Accidently changed server setting, how to fix?

I accidently changed the path in my server settings. I was trying to be able to make it so that I could install Packages, so I followed the fix_ownership.php that they had given me. It had said the path was messed up and to fix it, so I assumed that is where you do it.
Now my forum has broken. Any ideas?

I tried it and I got this notice at the top:

Problem solved.  Settings.php and Settings_bak.php were empty. 0kb
