[Bug Report] Board Title in PM notification Email.

I have found a bug where if you use brackets '[]' in your board title it will be displayed incorrectly in the notification emails you get when a private message arrives.  For example my current board title is [On|E] Forums and when I get an email notification the email says it is from \[On|E\] Forums instead of saying it is from [On|E] Forums.

I tried changing the board title to just On|E Forums and the problem went away.

The board title in the message body displays properly however, it is only the from field of the email that displays it wrong.


P.S. Awesome forum guys, are there other ways of donating to SMF than charter membership because my wife practically killed me to death when I ordered Linux CD's on eBay for $5 so she would never let me send $50 to something that is free, but $20 or $30 I would like to do.

This appears to be deliberate.  I just need to find the reasoning.  It maybe that unescaped brackets can not appear in the email header.
