Forum Profile Information permissions :(

I want to add a LINK in every member's post to their respective "Profile Information" page... ie. NOt just Profile but INSIDE profile -> Forum Profile Information.

I've currently DISPLAYED the link in each member's post based on whether that member can edit post or not (ie. $message['can_modify'])  .

Can someone tell me the correct permission? 'can_view_profile' is only the permission to view profile, which all members will have.

I want to know the permissions for a member to change his "Forum Profile info".

I hope I'm making sense,... any help would be appreciated.

So anyone knows how to display a link to one's Profile->Forum Profile in each post?
