BUG: UTF-8 character is messed by BBCode

Hello,

I use UTF-8 encoding on my SMF installation. After upgrading to SMF 1.1 RC2 I have noticed, that Latin Capital S with Caron, U+0160 ("Š"), a common letter in some European languages, is scrambled by preparse and BBC functions. This happens because this character lower byte is equal to xA0 and it is changed to '&nbps;'.

I've temporaly fixed this by commentig out that (evil :)) lines in Subs.php and Subs-post.php, this is not a real fix, though. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Sverre

As far as I've understood it, internationalisation will be fixed for RC3/Final.
