Editing Install page to add a new box

I am trying to edit the install.php page to add a text area. The reason I am trying is because our host requires ads and if they can include them when they are installing, it will be much easier.

Basically I got the text area entered, but when i try to install i get past step 1 and on step 2 i get this error

Notice: Undefined index: account in F:\wamp\www\test\1\install.php on line 468
?>?>

I am trying to add the variable account with the text corporate or advanced into the setting.php file.
