Encountered HUGE problem! please help!

I've just upgraded my SMF to RC2. Everything went well except i don't see some menus in admin page.
I guess some values couldn't get into database while it was doing database change?
Well, i just don't see some of those menu's and link of admin section.
It'll be pointless if i can't be able to use those new features of RC2.
Any idea,support will be highly appreciated!

1.) What version did you upgrade from?
2.) What steps did you take to upgrade?
3.) Did the upgrade display any errors?
4.) Have you tried the repair script?

+Upgraded from SMF 1.0.7
+ first, i've replaced the files i have. and then called upgrade.php.
+I didn't have any errors of SMF but when i was running upgrade.php, page went to errors such as 404(Cannot find page) and "server being busy" errors several times because of giving too much work for database i guess...
Each time it brings such errors, i've been reloading the page, and finally it said everything went well and right which isn't now.
+Where can i get that repair script?

Are you using an RC2 compatible theme?  You can't use 1.0.7 themes with RC2.

Repair Settings

You may have to try upgrading again too if the repair doesn't work.

Oh yeah... forgot about that...

Check your theme before doing anything else.
