Changing Username problem

Well I don't really know if it's a problem but I would like it changed..

How can I have it so that the person I change doesn't HAVE to check their email for a new password and can log in straight away?

thats impossible, cause how would the member knows his new pass?

No I mean without him having to get a new password as well.
