I'm getting this error:

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

I've gotten it in the past but it's cleared itself up. Today it is not going away. My host says all looks okay, but the board is, I guess, having problems connecting to the DB using my user name?  I'm not sure why... the board has been going strong for about 6 months on this host now. And at least a year on SMF on a different host before that.

I tried to search these forums but the search is currently down.
I appreciate any insight! Thanks.

Check your Settings.php file and make sure the correct database connection information is in there.  If the file appears to be corrupted, and you have a backup Settings.php file in your directory, rename the original and replace it with the backup.
