Forum fits in Firefox but not in IE????

I have a forum put into a frame on a page and the forum fits fine into the frame when viewed in firefox but when viewed in Internet Explorer i get a small scrollbar from left to right, can anyone help?

It might be because of the way you have done the frames:

</frameset>
