Yahoo and Msn BBC Tag Code Mod

Hello,
Thanks for the wonderful google bbc mod by JayBachatero , i have used the same concept by him with minor modification to the coding he had done to release the yahoo and msn bbc code.

I didnt pack yahoo and msn in single mod cause some users might only want to use only one of them.

Since i couldnt post in the Mods section i was forced to post here so if some moderator like to move it there it would be great.
