You are running your webserver from a computer in your house?  You are using a DNS redirect to point dirtybirdbmx.com to your IP address?  Is that correct?

When you install SMF, you enter the website URL or IP address (yoursite.com, 192.168.1.1, localhost, etc).  SMF uses this to locate your css files, images, etc.  When you access your site, you must always connect the same way or you get missing images, etc.  For example, here's a part of your html:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://24.32.179.145/forum/Themes/default/style.css?rc2" />

However, the redirect isn't going to 24.32.179.145, it's going to 24.206.200.146.  That's going to cause all sorts of problems.  You need to update your Settings.php file and change the $boardurl to reflect your new ip address, or to reflect dirtybirdbmx.com.

It's still the old ip address.  Try using repair_settings.php (found in the Downloads -> Converters section).  Put it in your SMF directory and run it.
