connection problem, please help

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.5
I cannot open my forum (hxxp:nigeriapolice.org/forum [nonactive]) for over a week below is the connection problem, I have tried everything to no avail.

Sounds like your Settings.php file might have gotten screwed up - notice the "Unterminated comment" message.

If you have a Settings_bak.php file on your server, delete Settings.php and re-name Settings_bak.php to Settings.php. That should fix the issues.
