Mail activation

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
Hi all,

All the activation mail aren't reaching users. SMTP and on PHP - none walks!

My configuration SMTP:

My server: hxxp:www.byethost.com [nonactive]

Are there any errors in your forum error log?

It doesn't look like it's a problem with their setup - these people obviously know what they're doing (PHP 5.1.4, MySQL 4.1.1, Apache2, PHP running as an Apache module, Safe Mode not enabled, etc.).

I use SMF 1.0.6 and I have the same problem and I dont know what to do. I have mail in yahoo, and when I try to register test user i dont recieve activation mail. Also look into yahoo support and try to conf mail sender with;
smtp server; hxxp:smtp.mail.yahoo.com [nonactive]
port; 587
user; ***
password; ***

And one last thing, in error log no have errors.
and dont recieve activation mail, what i suppose to do for system start work correct ?

It requires server authenticating SMTP!
