Skin Permissions

would like to try and get a mod that will limit skin selection based on post and group based permissions

I think this would be a good mod, especially if you're in the process of creating skins and you don't want users to see/use them yet.

i agree plus since it would be incentive for them to post and get rid of the google ads :-D even though money is a good thing
