Making a site without the forums.

I got my pjirc java chat done now I should put it on my site. I got actually two questions :

1. How do I put new picturelink to the same place where is all these log in, register, profile and things...

2. How to make site that gots all the stats and everything but in the place where is all the forums is a good place to put my pjirc java chat?

Oh and one more question :

3a. Can I set to my pjirc script like it recognises the users IP and if that IP is used by registered member of my forum it sets the same name as the registered member gots.

3b. Or like I put the IP of the registered member to the script and everytime that IP that I set to the script goes to the chat it goes to the name whatever I put there.

Well, I got my answer = Pjirc mod.
