What is the point? You can just make them admin-visible only :)

The point is a site which shares a big forum and all sections shall show their own forums in their own category but no category for other site sections unless someone select to go to the "wide area" forum listing. It is a way to make it less confusing.

i have also been thinking of this... but it would take a lot of coding..... a hole lot...

i have over 300 boards in several main catagories.. and then even more child boards within...
my catagories are like such..

MUSIC
ART
GAMING
ROMANCE
SPORTS
LITERATURE
GENERAL

what i would like to do is create a link to each individual catagory and mask the others depending on what one is currently selected.

what i think would be easier however is simply making it so that all catogories on the main index are colapsed by default.. this would clean up some of the "gee im lost" feeling everyone gets when visiting a massive forum.. what do you think rox? HarzeM isn't this a pretty simple mod to make.. doing it that way?

thanks,
danny
