Need a modification maker, for a small job.

Hello, im the owner of http://tpvgames.co.uk.

I'm looking for a keen modification maker, who wouldnt mind working closely with me (using MSN Messenger or Skype). The files and codes to modify are already sorted, we just need someone to create a package file from our instructions. The modification is very minour and shouldnt be too hard to achieve. I'm hoping that the creator will comment the modification so that I can learn from it for future tasks.
