Theme color selection in PROFILES

Hi, as everyone can see multi color themes becomin very popular(saf multicolor DilberMC), but only admin can change the color of the theme, some mod / new function to SMF that you could change theme color in Profiles>Look and layout would be really awensome, and makes one theme multiple themes.
