Personal Page

Can someone make a mod that enables users to have their own personal page where they can put anything. Like a myspace, exept they can start from scratch. Here is some of the requirements:

-Members can use HTML code
-BBcode
-Admins can change what the page is called. (ex. Insted of Personal Page, it could be yourShade or something else like that)
-Link to members personal page in posts and profile.
-And anything else you want to throw in there!

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could make this!

Thats not really what I was looking for, I want a "myspace" Like things for members to put whatever they want in it
