Unexpected result in stats view

When you create/modify a board there is an option to prevent new topics/replies from counting against user totals/stats.  On the stats page, however, topics started in a board where the prevent option has been selected are still counted in the "Top Topic Starters" list.  In my opinion it shouldn't.
