Search and replace?

I know, it's kind of an odd request, but I've got my reasons for it.

Basically, I'm looking for a mod that'll search for certain strings in a thread, and replace them with whatever...  Like...

Search: " style=\"vertical-align:middle\"
Replace with: "vertical"

Any ideas/help?

Try using word censoring, right in your administration panel.

Admin >> Posts and Topics >> Censored Words

But does that replace words already made on the forum?

Yes it does. Because the actual word always stay there. Just when it comes to display, it replaces.
So for example if you delete your censor records, the censored words will return back to their origin.
