can't see bbc tags in acp ...

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
Looks like i am completely lost.can't see tags in ACp.it shows only "select all".as you can see image below.......its shows all

Quite a few bbcode related mods there which are possibly the cause of the problem.
