Menu "说明" Error

I install the rc2, but use rc1 chinese-simplified-utf8, I got the following problem:

Click Menu "说明" will give me a page which is mes layout and no any contents.

Anyone can help

help files have changed from rc1 to rc2, try getting the rc2 language.

this board is running rc2, i haven't looked, but i think the admin has rc2 language posted somewhere.

You should download the language package for rc2. Filenames are changed in rc2 to use chinese_simplified_utf8 instead of chinese-simplified-utf8.

UTF-8 version smf 1.1 rc2 have problem in chinese or Asia language. need to follow some instructions to handle it, I have stoped provide the rc2 utf-8 version, will provide later.
