On my RC test install though, for some reason it doesn't.
Posting here for discussion instead of directly to GitHub, just because I don't really know what else to say, except that I could assume this is something to do with the encoded emoji in the URL.

That there is a bug.  I think it does belong up on GH.
Address the process rather than the outcome.  Then, the outcome becomes more likely.   - Fripp
