rich editor direction?

which file is responsible for the direction inside the rich editor?

when using the regular one everything is ok

but the rich editor WYSIWYG is set to ltr as default and i can't change it using css

Yeah I would have thought Subs-Editor.php and/or editor.js ... but for the life of me I can't find it either.  It really should be easier to find these things, I know.
