'Quote box' too wide?

Hi all,

I've just got a small issue on my forum - if I quote someone's post, the box that contains their quote appears to be too wide, causing SMF to attach a horizontal scroll bar within the post.

Example: http://economicate.org/economic-journalism-literature-and-media/nice-book-to-read/new/#new

I was wondering what I needed to edit in the templates to change that? I guessed Post.template.php would be the file to edit, so I've attached that file.

Thanks in advance,
James

I did not saw a horizontal scroll bar in the link youve given. It might be your browser. What browser are you using? Have you tried using other browser?

Edit: Its showing in IE but with Firefox it displays correctly. Its not the post.template.php that needs to be edited but the style.css that comes with the theme that you are using.

Hi jamescormack, are you by any chance using IE8?

It sounds like what IE8 could do, and if that is the case - you might want to try running IE8 in compatibility mode for your site.
