I have been seeing these entries in the Error logs for quite a while now...
June 07, 2021, 04:30:11 pm
Type of error: General
2: unlink(G:\PleskVhosts\xxx.com\httpdocs\forum\cache/images/b828ac574454e8623a21a2c43d4e777e970fb629): Permission denied
File: G:/PleskVhosts/xxx.com/httpdocs/forum/Sources/ScheduledTasks.php
Line: 501
It will repeat in the log about 10 times and the time stamp will be the same for each one. Is some cases an IP address will be shown and it will be the same for each log entry. It doesn't seem to cause any problems other than clutter up the log. Anyone have any input? Is someone trying to hack into the forum?

The task is trying to delete a cache file but for some reason is denied that.
You can try manually deleting the file triggering that error, so this G:\PleskVhosts\xxx.com\httpdocs\forum\cache/images/b828ac574454e8623a21a2c43d4e777e970fb629

How you can help SMF

"Before you allow people access to your forum, especially in an administrative position, you must be aware that that person can seriously damage your forum. Therefore, you should only allow people that you trust, implicitly, to have such access." -Douglas

Thanks for the response. I will give that a try and update.

After deleting the files in the cache/images folder no errors have shown up in the error log. Thanks for the help, Lex!

So this can be marked solved then?
