www.bathurst24hr.com - Joomla1.0.4 and SMF 1.1 RC1, using Orstio's bridge of course !

You might want to tweak the SMF theme a bit as your next step. You can safely remove some of the info boxes at the top of the SMF theme since they will be duplicated in the left menu using the bridge. That's what I do on my site.

Ah thanks for that :)

I've already changed a bit of the template, but I hadn't thought of that :)

Just managed to set my site up with the bridge. Running Joomla 1.05 and the latest SMF Forum.

Everything looks great... Except... On the forum page your blue background is cut off halfway down by the white background. I suspect this is in the css or perhaps an overlapping or incorrect table tag in the index template. I see this on Firefox. Great site otherwise!

Here's another one.

Joomla! 1.0.5 + SMF 1.1 RC2 + bridge 3.20. (upgraded from Simpleboard couple of days ago)

Forum works in wrapped mode with slightly modified SMF theme.

Site is totally in Finnish but you'll get the idea of the changes done, direct link to forum:

Nice work. Lemme know more about your SMF template modification. Is it to fit in that Joomla theme?

Markku

Yes, basically I just took out part of the header I felt was unnecessary and changed CSS to use same fonts as Joomla! template.
