can't see ajax loading bar in RC3

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC3
well its new feature in 1.1rc3.but i can't see anything when i click on ajax modify icon in threads.
          checked in Ubuntu 6.06      and win xp home          both using FF.
                    any suggestions?

am i missing something it works for me here but not on myweb.any speciall server requirements?

Which theme are you using? RC2 themes need updating!

If your theme hasn't been upgraded or the files haven't been overwritten the bar won't display.

The old js files may also be in your cache. Try Ctrl + F5
