I f a poster has a thread going and wants to change the title of the entire thread and have it show up modified in each post in that thread, can he do that , and if so, how?
I know the Topic can be changed by doing it through the first post, but then it doesn't change the 'subject' of each post ,only that first one.

You should go and have a look at this: Package Manager (http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Packages). As Shambles told you, it's a Modification and you only have to install it with the help of the Package Manager.

So I went to the links , and when I go to download the renamer mod for 2.0 (parse2.0) it comes up in russian.

When I click on http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3167 (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3167), I get a page in Russian and have no idea where the link is to download to my Package Manager or desktop.
When you enter that page, on the right side of the screen you've got a box named: "Download Package". Click on the version you want to download and then Upload that .zip with your Package Manager.

that page is not in russian, if it is for you then use the drop down at the top right of the page to change the language to english.

The problem? i was trying to download and install 2.0 my forum says I have 2.0.11
The mod that worked was 2.2. Big smiles now. ;D
