Title: forum board problem

I am using the smf 2 rc3 version, things seem ok but I can only see 4 of my boards as a normal member a newbie, but when I am an admin I can see all boards, how do I make all boards visible I know how to set them all to collapse but I cant get them to be viewable, I have tried the permissions all boards are set to default, I dont know what else to try please help many thanks.

Make them viewable for whom?


Check the board permissions, especially for any post-count-based membergroups.

Ok I am using a different theme could this be a problem, also I have tried using them settings, does the theme in them settings make a difference? I want the boards viewable to everyone, but I want some boards to be non viewable because they are passworded. I will go try that out thanks for the tips advice

I figured it out I think gracie a big thanks to you sir, I used that before, guess I need to get used to the navigation.

Sometimes, post-count-based group permissions can override others, which can be a pain in the bum.
On my forum, I have NO post-count groups, because of that. ;)
